I’m sharing #NUTRO in my life as part of a NUTRO™ sponsored series for Socialstars™
As you guys know from my last post where I started talking about how I switched Merlot to NUTRO™ dog food, I thought I’d do another post to follow-up on how he’s been doing with it for all those pet parents out there that are curious about making the switch!
So, I recently switched Merlot to the NUTRO™ Limited Ingredient Diet Small Bites Adult Dry Dog Food Lamb & Sweet Potatoe Recipe and he’s been on it ever since. He’s still loving it and if you guys didn’t get a chance to read the last post then I’ll kind of do a little recap. For anyone who has a pet themselves then you know we all treat them like they are our children and always want the best for them. I wanted him to get on a better food that was healthy and with his constant allergies something that had limited ingredients. The NUTRO™ Limited Ingredient Diet includes clean recipes that avoid ingredients like chicken by product, corn, wheat and soy protein and instead make sure that Duck, Lab, Salmon or Venison is the #1 ingredient always. My favorite thing about the food is that it’s made with NON-GMO† ingredients as well and has vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Learn more about their NUTRO. FEED CLEAN.TM philosophy too!
†Trace amounts of genetically modified material may be present due to potential cross contact during manufacturing
For Merlot, he doesn’t have to be fed twice a day since he’s not one of those dogs that will eat his whole bowl all the time. So basically what I do is I usually just leave a full bowl of food out all day and he goes and eats when he wants. I’ll be honest I was so afraid that after a week or so he’d get sick of the food (since he’s insanely picky) and not eat it anymore but to this day he’s still loving it!!
If you guys are not interested in a limited ingredient diet, NUTRO™ has a TON of other options with similar benefits. You can check them out here!
