The older I get, the more I understand the importance of maintaining a balanced, healthy diet. Still, it’s tough to remember to eat foods containing all of the necessary nutrients. I try to work out regularly and eat healthy but I know I’m sometimes probably missing something here and there. I’ve always been interested in taking vitamins that could potentially benefit me except I’ll be honest, I don’t really know which ones to take and what they actually do and I’m pretty sure some of you are in that same boat.
I was recently introduced to Vitamin Packs and fell in love with how personalized they were. Basically they are a one-stop shop for all the supplements you might need. They make it SUPER easy for you to figure out exactly what you need by taking a really quick 5 minute questionnaire to determine which vitamins are right for you. They ask about your diet, food allergies, exercise habits, health conditions, medication use and so on. After you have finished the questionnaire you have a full nutrient recommendation that is unique to your body and lifestyle. There’s pretty much no more guessing – it’s all set up for you.
Once you place your Vitamin Packs order you get your 28 day supply of vitamins, which arrives in daily dose packets with designated times of the day to take them as well as a complete set of informational sheets for each vitamin. For me, I could finally let out a sigh of relief because I no longer have to be confused about what I’m taking and what they actually do. Another thing I love is when I’m on the go or traveling I literally tear off a few of these pouches with my vitamins and put them straight into my purse or travel bag. It’s literally so convenient and I no longer have to sort through all my supplements because, let’s be honest: who has the patience for that?
