One topic you guys have requested MORE of has hands down been more fitness related content so I’m here trying to deliver! I know that sometimes with a full time job and other commitments/priorities it is not always easy to make it to a gym and let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to get a workout in the comfort of your own home? With that being said I wanted to put together a resistance band full body workout post! I use resistance bands when I travel because ONE, they are small and pack up nicely and TWO, I have no clue when I’d have the time to make it to the gym so having these with me gives me no excuse. One other thing? I LOVE that resistance bands can be used SO many different ways to hit all kinda of muscles. This is the resistance band pack that I bought myself over a year ago, it’s super affordable and comes with everything you need! It includes several different bands (from light to heavy), door anchor, ankle straps and a carrying pouch all for about $20. Pretty wild, right?!
