Today I’m sharing with you guys a few simple exercises you can do to get a quick total body workout. Go through the moves below a total of 3 times with a 1 minute cardio break in between. For cardio, you can jump rope, high kicks, or mountain climbers (which I have a love/hate relationship with). If you are at the gym, you can hop on the bike or elliptical as fast as you can for that 1 minute. Totally your choice what you prefer!
