It’s FRI-YAY which means I’m ready for the weekend but not before an intense workout today! I have switched from full body days to breaking it up into upper and lower body days since I’ve built up a tolerance and was no longer getting too sore. Let me tell you, splitting it up into separate workouts and focusing on one part of the body is 10x more painful not gonna lie. My legs have never been so sore and my arms/back have never felt so shaky in my life but hey, I think that means it’s working right?!
I’ve gotten to a point where if I’m in pain the next day I’m satisfied and if I’m not I’m kind of bummed out, haha! Talk about a messed up way of feeling satisfaction right?! I thought today since I always talk to you guys about cute activewear I’d share the absolute best workout leggings ever! I discovered them a few months ago and they are of course from Lululemon, who else right?! This is not a sponsored post at all so trust me when I say these are the best! I’ve actually had a few Lululemon pants in the past but none that ever really made me obsess over until I figured out exactly what I loved.
For me personally, I like a slightly higher waisted pant because I’m usually doing a lot of strength training, bending down or jumping and lets be honest, it just holds everything in way better and I don’t have to worry about pulling my pants up at all. I also love when a pant doesn’t feel heavy and you wouldn’t think leggings could do that, but trust me, they can. This one feels totally weightless yet holds everything in tight — number one goal!
