Today I’m so excited because it is the launch of a 3 month partnership with Clinique on their global #FaceForward campaign! Today’s post is going to focus on promises.
Promises I’m making to myself and to others to put my best #FaceForward.
Skin care is always going to be a HUGE priority of mine in and definitely a promise a will never let go. I recently received the Clinique 3-Step Skincare System for Very Dry to Dry skin since I tend to have the driest skin that ever existed (seriously, its always parched). They pretty much have a solution for all skin types so you can head here to see which 3-Step system is for you. What I like about this is it’s a very simple regimen – literally 3 steps and you are done. I got the Liquid Facial Soap, Clarifying Lotion 1 and Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion + all of which felt great on my skin and did not make me feel over dried or anything. It’s easy to get overwhelmed when it comes to skincare and this 3-step system simplifies it for me and works. That’s why I’m making a promise to myself to keep it simple. My other #FaceForward promises?
1. Being comfortable in my own skin. The most confident people are those who feel good in their own skin. It’s an assurance that you feel acceptable and worthy as you are. Every person deserves to feel that way about themselves and I’m making this promise to myself!
2. Treating myself. It can be something small, like getting my favorite coffee in the morning or buying a lipstick, but never to forget to reward myself. Life can certainly be tough at times and it’s nice to recognize ourselves for the good things and all the hard work that we do.
3. Appreciating as much as I can. There is so much to be so grateful for all around you and try to remember to soak it all in. The people you meet, the places you go, the little details that can truly be spectacular. Don’t miss out on any of it!
